The Golden Month lactation balls with chocolate and nut butter are made with mothers, their breast milk and their babies in mind. Busy mothers will often go for an unhealthy snack to boost energy. Not only will this delicious mixture provide mums with the pick-me-up they need, it will also provide nutrients to help support breast milk supply.
These are quick and easy to make. Just add wet ingredients listed below, roll and they’re ready to enjoy! Makes about 24 balls which are best kept refrigerated in an air-tight container. A drizzle of melted chocolate on top, especially if you're a sweet-tooth, is highly recommended.
