We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you're not happy with our products.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com and include your order number.
We’ll gather your details and give you instructions on how and where to send your package.
my formation does not cover the cost of return shipping the buyer is responsible for return postage cost.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, we will then send a full refund of product price to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue quickly for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges / Wrong size
The fastest way to change size is contact us at email@example.com and request a change of size.
You will then need to arrange postage back to us.
my formation does not cover return postage costs, however we do cover the cost of sending out your new size.
Once we are able to track your package and see its on the way to us, we will send your new size out the same day to ensure you receive your item quickly.
